A 501(c)(3) organization located just one mile from the Townsend entrance to the National Park, the Heritage Center offers indoor museum galleries as well as an Appalachian village containing historic structures covering the period of 1802-1960. On weekends, the Heritage Center also hosts a variety of live concerts that draw attendees from across the region. Admission tickets may be purchased online, by phone, or on a walk-up basis.
