This Premium One Level Log Cabin was newly remodeled May 2016. New hardwood flooring and furniture throughout the cabin. Remodeled bathrooms. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a Wellsville 11” luxury gel memory foam mattress. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with handrails for toilet. This bathroom has a large, beautiful walk-in shower. TV & DVD player. Second bedroom has a Queen/twin Bunk Bed. Bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Has a Bath/shower combo. TV & DVD player. Enjoy the privacy of this cabin nestled in the woods and relax next to the warmth of the beautiful open gas fireplace which separates the two bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of High Speed Internet Service with Comcast and watch your favorite shows on a wide screen TV. Cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a charcoal grill. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the majestic Smoky Mountain Ridges from the back deck while sitting on the rocking chairs or soaking in the hot tub. Washer/Dryer. Central Heat and Air Conditioning. Close to the swimming pool, putt-putt golf, fishing ponds and hiking trails. Par three golf with individual reserved tee times. A Great Place for Honeymoons or a Family getaway. 

Sleeps: Up to Two Adults and Two Children. Maximum allowed occupants are Four. 

Please note that this cabin is Privately Owned and is strictly a Non-smoking cabin. Non-compliance of the Non-Smoking Regulations will result in an additional $250.00 cleaning fee. This cabin also has a NO PET POLICY. This is a Privately Owned Cabin and is not required by law to permit Service Dogs/animals of any kind. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are very strict in its application. This also applies to any invited/non-invited non-renters who may visit during your stay. Non-compliance of the No Pet Policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 and an additional penalty charge of $300.00. If you fail to comply with these rules pertaining to pets, Little Valley Mountain Resort reserves the right to refuse rental or evict renters immediately and all payments will be Forfeited.
