    Loved the cabin. It was comfortable and cozy. Everything provided was great. Will be coming back again. Wife loved the bench seat, arcade game system, and hot tub. Planning next trip already.

    This is the third time we have stayed in a cabin at Little Valley. Treetops is by far our favorite! Plenty of room for our family and the multiple outdoor spaces are amazing!

    Air conditioner vent was not properly cleaned in over three months. It was absolutely disgusting. Both of my kids have allergies so we thought it was because of the new environment we went to the store and bought Benadryl and nose spray. Then, when I looked inside the laundry room, there was a wooden box. It was in front of the couch that was where the intake was for the air conditioner, completely disgusting had not been changed in months Both of my kids will be going to the urgent care to receive treatment for their sinus infections

    The cabin was clean & decorated appropriately for mountain vacationing. The space is great for a couple or a couple with children. There are lots of on-site activities providing for peaceful relaxation, exercise, & fun! The staff were friendly & helpful.

    We have stayed with Little Valley Mountain Resort for several years now and have always been impressed with the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the beautiful and well-kept grounds of the resort, and the amazing cabins with beautiful mountain views that are always exceptionally clean and well-stocked.     Had a great time staying again in Treetops... Fits our family perfectly. Only problem upon arrival was finding a wolf spider in the 1st floor bathroom sink...yikes! Not something you have much control over.

    The kindness of the staff started with a phone call I placed to the resort with questions about the resort. Their pleasantness showed through the phone, and during our whole stay. We felt very welcomed & will be a returning guest.

    Seemed like the cabin was not thoroughly cleaned, the porch was not swept, we had to sweep porch before jumping into the hot tub..lots of spider webs, Kureg was not descaled, one of the bathroom sinks had dirt particles in sink.
