    The place was wonderful, but LOTS of steps to the front door- 41 to be exact, but such a great view and accommodations! The surroundings were just awesome, so beautiful. We booked a year in advance for a family reunion with about 35 people and we all stayed in cabins near each other. Everything worked out wonderful due to the venue amenities and central location in the US to family members. Grocery and other stores are conveniently close by as well as the amusement options too. We all had such a fabulous time!

    The beds, bedding and pillows were A+! The cabin was so clean. So clean! We had nothing to request, we had it all here upon arrival. And we were helped quickly when we locked ourselves out.

    The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The Spirit of the Valley welcome binder was so helpful. Every question we had was answered in that book. Everything was clean and well stocked for what we needed. Great location to grocery store and any attraction we wanted to go to. Loved it here. Staff that greeted us was so friendly and helpful with everything.

    The open layout of the cabin is awesome! The bed and livingroom furniture are comfortable. The only issue we had was wifi. All in all, beautiful & relaxing cabin.

    Our family stayed week of July 4th and found this to be the perfect location for all that we wanted to do, including fireworks on the 4th. The drive to the cabin was a little steep for this Florida driver, but we managed. The only negatives were having a tub only in the upstairs bathroom, made it awkward for 4 of us to take turns using shower downstairs, and Wifi and cell coverage were very spotty, plus both DVD players had issues. The office staff was simply awesome and bent over backwards to compensate for the shortcomings in amenities, and they were very helpful in steering us to the right places and the best ways to get to them. Thanks for making it a memorable vacation for our family.

    Beautiful property with cabins spread out to give privacy. Lily’s lift is a small cute cabin with a hot top and a pool table. Staff was friendly.

    The staff was wonderful. Very friendly & helpful when we asked to extend our stay. They did warn us about the stairs. Long way up but is a beautiful cabin. Loved the waterfall & walking our dog around the lakes.

    “Wonderful place! We stayed a whole week. Plenty of things to do just on the resort but if your looking for more main drive in pigeon forge is just a 5 min drive away. We loved the pool and mini golf. We stayed at George's Treehouse LOT OF STAIRS but we were told when booking. If u can handle the stairs the cabin is excellent! My only suggestion was adding a few plastic dishes to the kitchen for kids. The office staff was friendly and accommodating in every way. Highly recommended!! We will be back :)
